• The refund will be processed, less the cost equivalent to one month’s subscription fee.

1. 12 month subscription:

• Refunds for 12-month subscriptions are available within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The refund will be processed, less the cost equivalent to one month’s subscription fee.

• To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within the specified time frame (4 days for 1, 3 and 6 month subscriptions, 30 days for 12 month subscriptions).
• The service or product must not have been used or consumed substantially during the eligible refund period.
